This was a gift for my boyfriend. The bag is nice , not leather . My complaint is the seller’s lack of communication & not responding in a TIMELY manner, as well not going a little extra mile as nice gesture. After placing my order a left a note for the seller. I asked how the bag will come wrapped in? And if she didn’t mind as nice gesture maybe wrap in cute tissue or something since it is a gift. She never responded & I found out was shipped . I messaged her & asked if she read my note that so left & what my request was. She never answered if she read it. But did tell me that she puts in plastic wrap or something for mailing . And there is no option for gift wrap. I told her. I was aware of that & again maybe as a nice gesture if he didn't mind because some sellers would go that little extra mile. No response !
