My item was shipped same day and arrived super fast. Good quality and looks super cute with my daughter’s name.

The item took almost a full month to get to me. After 17 days without any activity on my order, I politely contacted the seller to inquire about the shipping date. I told her that I guessed she took time off for the holidays, which made sense, but I was eager to get my order. Her response was a curt, “Your order will be shipped next week”, and it was another 10 days before I received it. I guess I would have expected a kinder reply to me, the customer. The bag itself is nice, it looks good and fits a ton of stuff, though I was slightly disappointed that the name is basically just a Cricut sticker and I’m worried about how long it will last. I very rarely write negative reviews, and I’m sorry to have to about this interaction.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting a good quality, soft make up bag. It felt like stiff plastic. It had gaps where it’s put together and the zipper wasn’t smooth at all. Was not what I thought I was ordering, based on descriptions and reviews.

A really cool bag and super cute! Perfect gift also!
