This bag is perfect for a small gift. So pretty!

Item was much smaller than expected.

Unfortunately, the seller forgot to add something to the makeup bag. I let the seller know, and she was extremely rude, blamed me, and did not offer a resolution. I suggested a partial refund, or a discount on the next order. She accused me of lying about what I asked for on the makeup bag. I ended up having to open a claim, and ETSY provided a refund. I was willing to keep the bag, but I thought it was fair to find some sort of resolution, since the seller messed up the order. I was more upset at how disrespectful the seller was, than the order being messed up. I gave the seller 4 days to resolve the issue, because I had no choice but to open a claim. Give someone else your business.
